Three levels of access
- Connect
You sign in to the service once, on the Integrations page.
- Project
Each project chooses what it may read from the service.
- Chat
Each chat can narrow that further for its agents.
The Integrations page
Choose Integrations under Your Atlas. The count beside the title shows how many you have connected and how many your plan allows.
- Yours lists what you have connected.
- Discover lists everything you can connect, starting with collections curated by Atlas. Choose Explore on a collection.
- Search (press /) and Filter by category narrow either list.
Each card's button says what you can do next: Add, Open or Reconnect. A tick means it is connected.
Connect a service
- Find the service and open it.
- If it asks for your account address first, for example your company's name with the service, type it in.
- Choose Connect. If you are not signed in to Atlas Mind, your browser asks you to sign in first; the service's own sign-in follows.
- Finish in your browser and return to Atlas Mind. The page shows Connected. If the browser tab was closed, choose Open it again.
The service's page also shows About: what Atlas reads from it, how it is kept up to date and how it signs in. Under Your account, Sync now fetches the latest.
If your plan's connections are all in use, the page says so. Disconnect one to add another, or change plan in Settings.
Choose what a project can read
- Open the project, then the service's page on the Integrations page.
- Under In and the project's name, switch on each item the project may read. Use Find to look for one.
If nothing is listed yet, the service has not been synced; choose Sync now and come back. To choose what a single chat may use, open the Integrations panel beside it.
Reconnect or disconnect
A service marked Needs reconnecting has signed you out or its access has expired. Choose Reconnect and sign in again.
Disconnect asks first and tells you which projects will stop reading from it. Atlas forgets the items it synced from the service. You can connect it again later.
Your own APIs
Tools you have already set up in one of your AI apps can be brought into Atlas. On the Yours tab, Found in your AI apps lists them.
- Add to Atlas brings one in.
- Share to your AI apps adds it to your other AI apps, one at a time.
- Check again looks at it afresh; Remove takes it out of Atlas.
