Your Mind, your control
Hand out the work yourself or let your agents and Atlas AI decide. Either way, you decide what they can do.
- 1Nothing runs until you say so
An agent can propose work on a schedule; it waits for your yes.
- 2Pause or stop at any time
Every automation shows whether it is on, paused or not running.
- 3Requests reach you
Asks and updates come to you wherever you are in the app.

Private by design
Your Dynamic Memory lives on your own machine, with remote access when you need it. Using an external AI model is different: for the task you give it, that provider receives the authorised project information it needs.
- On your machine
- Dynamic Memory, projects, Rooms, tasks and permissions, each project kept apart from the others. When you follow your work from your phone, it reaches this machine; the memory stays here.
- The AI providers you choose
- The project information an agent needs for its part of the work, and no more than the project allows.
- Atlas Mind account services
- Sign-in, your subscription, phone pairing, updates and, if you choose it, a backup. Team plans add shared storage so a team can keep working when the owner's machine is off. Plans · Privacy Policy
You are always in charge
Hand over as much of the work as you like. The boundaries stay yours, however it is delegated.
- Your goal
- You decide what the work is for. Delegated tasks serve that outcome, not a mission of their own.
- Your connections
- You choose which supported agents and services take part.
- Your project permissions
- You set which projects, files and integrations are available, and to whom.
- Visible Rooms
- You can read the discussion, the task progress and the agent activity that runs through Atlas Mind.
- Review and approval
- Changing something or sending it out can need your separate approval, however the work was delegated.
- Correcting the memory
- When facts or decisions change, you can review and correct what the project holds.
An agent can read material and propose a change within the project's permissions. Applying it, or sending anything outside the project, can need a separate yes from you. What Atlas Mind shows is the activity handled through it; it cannot see inside another provider's own app.
Made for the way you work
- A developer
- Earlier implementation decisions and open questions stay with the project when another agent picks up documentation or review.
- A researcher
- Sources and findings stay with the research, so the next session starts where the last one stopped.
- Creative and business work
- Content, imagery and planning stay aligned with one objective; you step in when the brief changes.
- A team
- Everyone works in the shared project without access to the owner's unrelated private projects or connected accounts.

You review
Check the work and approve any consequential action.

Questions about privacy and control
Is Atlas Mind private?
Yes. Your Dynamic Memory lives on your own computer. Forlais runs only the services your account needs: sign-in, your subscription, phone pairing, updates and, if you choose it, a backup. Privacy Policy.
Does Atlas Mind send my data to AI providers?
Only what a task needs, and only to the providers you choose. When an agent from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok works on a task, it receives the authorised project information for that task. Compare Atlas Mind.
Can AI agents act without my approval?
Only within the limits you set. Reading, changing and sending are separate permissions, and applying a change or sending anything outside the project can wait for your yes. Set what agents can do.
Who makes Atlas Mind?
