Everything your agents need, in one project.

Purpose, files, rules, memory, tasks and the tools you trust, all in one place your agents come back to.

  1. Connect once, use where allowed

Your accounts sit beside the work, and each project uses only what it is given.

  2. Tools beside the conversation

Browser, files, terminal and integrations open next to the chat, not in another app.

  3. Agents work from the project

They use its brief, files and connections, within what the project allows.

Rules guide. Permissions govern.

Asking an agent not to edit something and withholding its ability to edit are two different protections, and Atlas Mind keeps both.

A rule

"Use the current product description and keep the tone of the brief."

A permission

"The review agent may read the site folder. It may not write to it."

Connect once. Share only where it counts.

You connect your accounts once and decide, project by project, which of them a project may use and what it may do with them. Your passwords and keys never enter your Mind.

Which services are available depends on the supported connections at the time.

You decide what agents can read, change and send

Each has different consequences, so each is permitted separately. An agent that drafts a change is not, by that, entitled to apply it.

Read
Look at material to gather context or prepare a recommendation. It changes nothing. Allowed per project.
Change
Edit a file or update a connected system. Allowed per project, or asked each time.
Send
Publish or send something outside the project. You can require your approval first.

Two projects, two boundaries

A public website and a private research programme can both use AI agents and both hold sensitive decisions. Access to one does not imply rights to the other.

Product website

  • Reads and changes the site folder
  • Uses the brief and the design direction
  • Cannot reach the research folder

Private research

  • Reads the papers and interview notes
  • Keeps its open questions to itself
  • Cannot reach the site folder

Two example projects.

Teams share a project, not everything

A team can work in a joint project without seeing the owner's unrelated private projects, personal memory or the accounts they have connected for other work. Sharing is deliberate and set by permission.

  • Shared: the project's files, Room, tasks and memory, as its permissions allow.
  • Not shared: other projects, and connected accounts the project has not been given.

Questions about projects and integrations

What is an AI project workspace?

One place for everything a piece of work needs: its purpose, files, rules, memory, tasks and connected tools. In Atlas Mind every agent you bring in works from that same project, whichever company makes it. Compare Atlas Mind.

Which apps does Atlas Mind connect to?

Services such as GitHub, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox and Linear, as supported at the time. AI apps that speak the Model Context Protocol (MCP), from Claude Desktop to command-line agents, connect to your Mind too.

Can each project use different integrations?

Yes. You connect an account once, then choose which projects may use it and what they may do with it. Access to one project gives no rights to another. Compare plans.

Are my passwords and keys safe?

Your passwords and keys never enter your Mind. You connect each account once, and each project gets only the access you give it.

Can I stop an agent changing something?

Yes, two ways. A rule tells agents what to leave alone; a permission takes away the ability altogether. Reading, changing and sending are each allowed separately. Stay in control.

Give your agents the full picture.

And let them act on exactly the parts you choose.
