The window
- Your Mind, with your name, opens Projects. The house button beside it opens Home.
- Recall, Chat and Rooms, Projects, Automations: the places you use most.
- The open project: its name with × to close it, then its pages.
- Your Atlas: Global rules, Assets, Integrations, Vault, Agents.
- Settings, with your account and preferences.
- Title bar icons: notifications, agents running, and the Vault.
- The working page for wherever you are.
The sidebar

In a narrow window, hide the sidebar with Close navigation and bring it back with Open navigation. The arrow keys move through it.
The title bar
- Notifications (the bell) collects what needs you: an agent asking something, an agent stopping, a reminder falling due. Clear empties it.
- Agents shows how many agents are running and opens the Agents page.
- Vault (the shield) shows whether your Vault is ready and opens it.
When an agent wants to show you something, a bar asks; choose Show or Not now. Afterwards choose Stay to keep the new view or Back to return. You decide whether agents may do this in Settings, Permissions, under Agents show things: Never, Ask me or Always.
Home
Home is a page of widgets you choose. Open it with the house button. The bar at the top, "Ask your agents, or start something…", opens Chat and Rooms.
- Choose Edit, or press and hold a widget.
- Add widgets from the side, drag them into place, or take one off with Take off Home. Took one off by mistake? Choose Undo or press ⌘ Z.
- Choose Done.
The widgets are Done, Up next, Running, Waiting for you, Notifications, Recent conversations, Projects, Assets and Notepad. Up next lists dated reminders across your projects; they are delivered when you next work in that project.
Atlas Mind opens on Projects unless you choose otherwise in Settings, Starting up, under Open Atlas on: Projects, Chat or Last project.
Go to anything
Press ⌘ ⇧ P and type to jump to any place, project or record. Records come from the project you have open, and a project's pages say "Open a project first" until one is open.
