Atlas Mind policy
1. Purpose and application
This policy governs linking Atlas Mind with customer-selected external services such as mail, storage, calendars, messaging and code-hosting systems.
This document must be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any more specific accepted agreement.
2. Substantive provisions
2.1. User-controlled connections
Only the authorised user or administrator may establish a connector, and the service must explain which account, scopes, data types and actions are requested before consent. Provider permissions must be minimised and reauthorised if scope expands.
2.2. Provider independence
External services have their own terms, privacy notices and outage risk. Atlas Mind must not misrepresent external providers as endorsing or operating Atlas Mind. Functionality may change when a provider changes its API or user authorisation.
2.3. Ingestion and derived memory
A connection may create indexed copies, embeddings, summaries, metadata and graph relationships within the applicable project boundary. Make those consequences visible; do not treat connector authorisation as permission to disclose source content outside effective project ACLs.
2.4. Disconnection and revocation
Explain separately stopping future sync, revoking provider tokens and deleting already indexed content. Revocation must invalidate access and stop new collection; handling of previously processed material must follow retention and rights policies.
2.5. Provider-specific restrictions
Google Workspace and other providers can restrict storage, human access, training, onward transfers and cache duration. A connector must be reviewed against the provider’s current API policies before launch and at material updates.
3. Customer rights, administration and changes
Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.
Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
