Atlas Mind policy
1. Purpose and application
This policy governs project ownership, invitations, connected-account authorisation and sharing of original and derived knowledge.
This document must be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any more specific accepted agreement.
2. Substantive provisions
2.1. Project boundaries
Every project must have a defined owner, members, roles and effective data boundary. Access to original files, indexed content, retrieved snippets, AI history, memories, graphs and task results must be authorised independently where the product exposes distinct privileges.
2.2. Invitation and grant
Before sharing, the product must disclose the likely exposure of connected-source information and derived data. Inviting a member must not automatically grant that member access to the connector owner’s personal OAuth credentials or external service account.
2.3. Revocation and propagation
Removing a member or changing a role must take effect across search, retrieval, caching, background tasks, graph traversals, exports and active sessions within documented bounds. Historic copies already exported cannot be technically recalled and should be described accurately.
2.4. External actions
A project collaborator may instruct an integration only where their own or delegated authority covers that action, the connector permissions permit it and the action is approved under relevant execution controls.
2.5. Audit and disputes
Record permission changes, invitation acceptance, elevated grants and sensitive exports. Provide a means to investigate ownership disputes and compromised invitations, with reasonable preservation of evidence.
3. Customer rights, administration and changes
Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.
Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
