Atlas Mind policy
1. Purpose and application
This policy sets out clear means to cancel paid subscriptions, cease renewals and request refunds, without reducing statutory rights.
This document must be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any more specific accepted agreement.
2. Substantive provisions
2.1. How to cancel
The account must provide an accessible cancellation route described before purchase; if it is unavailable, customers must be able to contact a verified support or legal address. State when cancellation becomes effective and whether access continues through a prepaid period.
2.2. Consumer cancellation rights
Where an individual has a statutory cancellation right for distance contracts or digital services, provide the applicable information and model cancellation form or method. Any request to start delivery during a cancellation period, and any lawful effect on refunds, must use legally valid consent and acknowledgements where required.
2.3. Refund assessment
Distinguish statutory refunds for non-conformity, faulty digital content, misdescription or unlawful charges from discretionary goodwill refunds. Do not adopt a blanket no-refunds term inconsistent with consumer law. Business customers are subject to their contracted order and mandatory law.
2.4. Data after cancellation
Stopping recurring payment must not be misrepresented as deleting customer data. Explain separately how to export projects and request account/data deletion, as well as any lawful retention or backup expiry limits.
3. Customer rights, administration and changes
Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.
Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
