Atlas Mind policy
1. Purpose and application
This policy explains customer export functionality, lawful portability requests and the limits of exportable Atlas Mind information.
2. Substantive provisions
2.1. Customer export
Describe which originals, notes, tasks, metadata, structured memories, graph relationships and audit records can actually be exported and in which machine-readable formats. Ensure limitations and permissions are visible before subscription cancellation.
2.2. Data subject portability
Assess applicable UK GDPR Article 20 rights separately from contractual customer export. Statutory portability depends on the legal basis, automated means and the data concerned; it need not cover every derived inference.
2.3. Authorisation and protection
Exports must respect project and record ACLs, connector-provider restrictions and the rights of other data subjects. Large or sensitive exports should use expiring links, logging and reauthentication as risk requires.
2.4. Service exit
Document practical retrieval windows, deletion requests and any lawful holds at account termination. Do not advertise instantaneous or complete graph export unless engineering testing proves it.
3. Customer rights, administration and changes
Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.
Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
