Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Atlas Mind policy

Last updatedDraft, not yet in force

1. Purpose and application

This policy makes account restrictions predictable, proportionate and compatible with customer rights.

This document must be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any more specific accepted agreement.

2. Substantive provisions

2.1. Grounds

Suspension may be considered for material contract breach, serious abuse, suspected compromise, legal prohibition, provider requirement or persistent non-payment after proper notice. Mere disagreement or good-faith security research must not justify arbitrary termination.

2.2. Process and notice

Except where urgent action or law prevents notice, explain the reason, effective date, remedy route and escalation options. Restrict only the affected scopes or resources where possible.

2.3. Data and subscriptions

The company must define whether paid renewal ceases, refunds are due, stored content is retained or deleted and whether export remains available. Lawful evidence preservation must be segregated from general service access.

2.4. Appeal and restoration

Provide human assessment of disputed actions and log both the decision and supporting evidence. On restoration, verify identities and tokens rather than automatically reinstating unsafe credentials.

3. Customer rights, administration and changes

Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.

Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
