Atlas Mind policy
1. Purpose and application
This page lists the suppliers that process personal information on behalf of Forlais Group Ltd, trading as Atlas Mind: what each one does, what information it handles, where, and how that information is protected when it leaves the UK.
Atlas Mind accounts, paid plans and apps are not yet available, so today the list covers the Atlas Mind website, our email and the release updates. Suppliers that will support accounts, payments and backups will be added here before they process any personal information, and the date of this disclosure will change whenever the list does.

Each supplier processes personal information only on our instructions, under a written data processing agreement.
2.2. Services you choose
When Atlas Mind is available, you will be able to connect it to other services and to AI providers of your choice. Those providers act for you, under their own terms, and are not our suppliers, so they are not listed here. Atlas Mind sends requests to your AI providers directly from your computer, using your own key; they do not pass through our servers.
3. Customer rights, administration and changes
Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests can be sent to [email protected].
Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law. The date of the latest revision is shown with this document.
