Cookie Policy

Atlas Mind policy

Last updatedDraft, not yet in force

1. Purpose and application

This policy is intended to give clear information about cookies, SDKs and other storage or access technologies used on the Atlas Mind websites and applications.

2. Substantive provisions

2.1. Technology inventory

The published schedule must name each deployed cookie, storage key, pixel, SDK or equivalent technology, with provider, purpose, first/third-party status, lifespan and whether it is exempt. Product teams must check websites, app SDKs, authentication and payment flows, not rely solely on a browser cookie scanner.

2.2. Consent and exemptions

Non-exempt storage and access must not activate before valid consent. Users must be able to accept or reject non-exempt uses without misleading design, and to withdraw consent with comparable ease. Any reliance on an applicable statutory exception must be documented and limited to the qualifying purpose.

2.3. Purposes and choice

Explain separately essential functions such as login protection and optional purposes such as measurement or personalisation, if used. Combining unrelated purposes into a single non-granular choice should be avoided where granular consent is required. Third-party tags must be controlled to reflect the effective choice.

2.4. Changes and retention

The inventory and preference mechanisms must be re-tested on release and when third-party tags change. Consent records may be retained only as needed to evidence compliance; third-party providers must not keep using withdrawn choices outside the declared legal basis.

3. Customer rights, administration and changes

Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.

Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
