Acceptable Use Policy

Atlas Mind policy

Last updatedDraft, not yet in force

1. Purpose and application

This policy sets proportionate restrictions that protect customers, connected providers and Atlas Mind without unduly limiting legitimate research or business use.

2. Substantive provisions

2.1. Authorised use

Users must comply with law, intellectual property rights and applicable provider API terms. They must not connect, collect or disclose information to which they lack legal or organisational authority, including private messages, confidential files or personal data.

2.2. Prohibited conduct

Prohibit credential theft, bypass of authorisation controls, malicious code, deliberate service disruption, extraction of other tenants’ data, impersonation, fraudulent content, harassment, illegal exploitation and attempts to defeat agent approval gates or provider limits.

2.3. Automation boundaries

Users may not configure agents or integrations to undertake unauthorised transfers, mass communications, surveillance, access escalation or actions against third-party systems. Higher-risk automated actions require the authority of the relevant owner and review of recipient, scope and consequences.

2.4. Enforcement and appeals

Restrictions must be proportionate and documented; immediate suspension is reserved for urgent risk, unlawful conduct or compromised accounts. Notice and a meaningful appeal or clarification channel should be supplied where doing so does not increase risk or breach law.

2.5. Reporting misuse

Provide an effective route to report content misuse, vulnerability findings or unintended exposure and preserve sufficient evidence for investigation with access limits.

3. Customer rights, administration and changes

Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.

Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
