Atlas Mind policy
1. Purpose and application
This policy clarifies rights in customer material, Atlas Mind software, generated outputs and independently developed Forlais research.
This document must be read with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and any more specific accepted agreement.
2. Substantive provisions
2.1. Customer information
Customers retain ownership or other lawful rights they hold in their uploads, connected source data, prompts and authorised work product. Processing permissions granted to Forlais are limited to what is necessary for agreed services and lawful operations.
2.2. Derivative representations
Vectors, graph structures, summaries, inferred links and system metadata require contractual treatment distinct from source files. Access, portability and deletion must be determined by customer rights, personal-data law, third-party restrictions and the service agreement, not a blanket claim that Forlais owns customer-derived memory.
2.3. Forlais technology
Forlais retains its pre-existing and independently developed models, system architecture, algorithms, software, interface designs, documentation, trademarks, confidential methods and know-how. A subscription grants only the access rights stated in the contract.
2.4. Generated outputs and third-party rights
Where rights in generated material arise, the service terms must specify the allocation allowed by law while recognising that output may not be exclusive, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Users remain responsible for review and lawful reuse.
2.5. Feedback and prohibited training
Feedback licence terms must not silently authorise bulk use of connected data for unrelated research or model training. Any such programme requires its own legal, consent and provider-policy assessment.
3. Customer rights, administration and changes
Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.
Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
