Atlas Mind policy
1. Purpose and application
This statement explains the accessibility goals, known barriers and available assistance for Atlas Mind interfaces.
2. Substantive provisions
2.1. Scope and standard
Identify covered websites, desktop or mobile applications and the accessibility standard actually assessed, such as WCAG 2.2 AA if adopted. Do not claim conformance based only on component-library defaults.
2.2. Testing and known issues
Publish a dated statement based on audits covering keyboard access, contrast, focus order, labels, errors, zoom, reduced motion and screen-reader navigation. State known material exceptions and remediation plans.
2.3. Support and feedback
Offer a practical route for users to report barriers, request information in an accessible format and obtain help with critical account functions. Triage accessibility blockers as product defects.
2.4. Updates
Review after major interface or interaction changes, including graph visualisations, editor controls and AI task flows, and record the evidence of completed fixes.
3. Customer rights, administration and changes
Nothing in this document is intended to restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer and data protection rights. Where this document conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory rule prevails. Complaints, concerns and requests should be directed through the verified contact details published by Forlais.
Forlais may revise this policy to reflect changes in the service, third-party requirements or applicable law. Any revision that materially affects customer rights will be communicated in the manner and timeframe required by the applicable agreement and law.
